5. In general, a doll will be delivered in 30~60 days. We will start manufacturing the doll one day after payment is received. Dolls are made on order, so orders cannot be canceled or changed once we start manufacturing. 6. If a doll was damaged by the owner’s mishandling or negligence, the part can be replaced at a cost or non-interchangeable.
