The doll is being delivered in order, and your order is not ready yet, so we could not make a shipment. 
But, we will send it by this month.

I ordered a doll 2 month ago. 3 weeks ago, when she was marked as "Queued for Shipment" I contacted you asking about possible problems with shipping to Latvia and if I can help resolve them quickly... You dismissed me. 

So after three weeks, I'd like to know what kind of waiting time I am looking at? Becouse if you are waiting for pandemic to be over and normal shipment to resume than I can assure you, it's not going to happen for at least half a decade yet, not in case of Latvia...
