I wanted to check the status of my order 20200301-0000019. I paid my last lay a way payment June 1 (of a 4 part lay a way) and my order has been on pending status ever since. Do you not start manufacturing until lay a way is complete?

Please advise the status.

Also, has shipping to the US via EMS been affected by COVID greatly?
