The eyes in the photo on the website are the eyeballs that have been used for just filming.
But you can select brown or blue eyes, and you may order the doll that has eyes which you want and post it in Q&A.

I'm planning to order "Intimate Nana" and was wondering if the eyes she comes with are the same as in the picture or are they randomly chosen.

I really like the eyes she has in the photos and would be greatly disappointed if she came with blue eyes instead.
